Your new hardwood floor comes backed by a One-Year Labor Warranty. If there's ever a problem, the team comes back to fix it, and the company is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau, locally and family owned.
Wood is a natural product, so it's worth knowing what to expect going in. Grain and color will vary piece to piece within the species and grade you choose, it can be at risk of indentations from things like shoe heels, and because it absorbs and releases moisture, small cracks can form between individual pieces over time. Your floor is built right in your home from 300 to 1000 unique pieces of wood, which is exactly what makes it a one-of-a-kind custom floor that can never be duplicated.
